With a passing percentage of 33.33%, De La Salle Lipa (DLSL) College of Law produced six new lawyers out of 18 examinees in the recently released 2018 Bar examinations, May 3.
Adding to the roster of Lipa Lasallian passers are Marie Hyacinth Bueser, Hannah Irish Cañeda, Melvin De Torres, Gerald Bowe Resuello, Wilfredo Rivera Jr. and Mica Valenzuela.
DLSL’s Bar examination performance, this year, is 6.67% lower than their previous 40% passing rate on the 2017 results.
Meanwhile, the national passing rate also declined as only 1,800 out of 8,158 examinees passed, garnering a total passing percentage of 22.07% compared to 25.5% obtained in the previous year.
The exam was administered last November of 2018 at the University of Sto. Tomas (UST).
