After 3 years beneath a golden crown, CITE Theriandor recaptured the summit and seized the Lasallian Cup throne as overall champs during the closing ceremony at the De La Salle Lipa (DLSL) Sentrum, Oct. 24.

With synchronized poise, the Mr. and Ms. Lasallian Cup 2025 candidates danced the runway alive, followed by the rhythmic performance of CBEAM Alurex cheerdance squad.

Gold found its way back to the throne as Alurex’s Brandon Kel Pecho and Diorella Kahrell Maranan were crowned Mr. and Ms. Lasallian Cup ‘25, closing the night on a bright note for the Thronekeepers.

Having gone without pageant recognition last year, the win becomes more meaningful for the representatives. For Pecho, it marked the honor of a long-awaited moment.

“It feels so rewarding […] while I was backstage, I was just saying [na] ‘Let it be CBEAM […] because it has been a long time since we had the crown. Now that the crown is back, it feels fulfilling to represent my department,” said Pecho.

Sharing the same sentiments, Maranan dedicated the victory to their supporters all throughout their journey, emphasizing her commitment to inspire the Lasallian community.

“I will do everything with purpose, and incline it with our core values […] because at the end of the day, I do believe that beauty expires but purpose inspires,” shared Maranan.

The night reached its breaking point for the final reveal of which legion would reign supreme. One victory stood between CBEAM Alurex and a historic three-peat, yet destiny favored another.

With 454 points, CITE Theriandor ascended back to the throne, shattering CBEAM’s podium and reclaiming a glory three years in the making.

Among those who felt the weight of the victory was CITE Governor, Alyssa Riziel Ondo who expressed her gratitude for everyone who made the win possible in spite leading a council of only six members.

“Hindi kami nag-expect masyado pero binigay talaga, and landslide siya with a 100-point [difference] […] super grateful lang ako sa players, volunteers, sa CITE department, sa lahat-lahat,” shared Ondo.

Trailing with pride were CIJEAS Penumbris and CON Elanyvr, earning second and third runner-up, respectively.
