De La Salle Lipa hailed 51 passers out of 79 takers from the latest Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) Licensure Examination, Sept. 6.
With a passing rate of 64.56%, the institution’s performance is 2.6% lower than the national passing rate of 67.16% corresponding to 3,285 passers out of 4,891 takers.
This year’s results declined by 9.47% compared to last year’s passing rate of 74.03%, which produced 57 passers of 77 examinees last September 2018.
The 2019 Electrical Engineering boards were administered on Aug. 31 and Sept. 1 while the Registered Master Electrician (RME) licensure exams were conducted on Sept. 2, the latter yielding a national passing rate of 59.54%.
