After four days of warfare amongst kingdoms, the Calormen were once again dressed in gold and welcomed into the hall of champions at the De La Salle Lipa (DLSL) Sentrum, Nov. 22.
The nation of the courageous Terebinthia sea pirates painted the scene blue and green, alongside the victorious war cries of the mighty Archenland. Raising their empire’s crest, the realm of the golden bravehearts glowed bright, while the silver earthmen of Underland paraded with immense pride.
Livening up the atmosphere, Alpha Alliance entertained the crowd with an explosive performance showing off their charisma.
Demanding attention, candidates of Mr. and Ms. LS Cup 2024 stunned as warriors of their respective empires on the runway, donning sustainably-crafted ensembles.
The empire of Terebinthia, who surfed through their rivals at the cheerdance competition brought the might of the ocean to the crowd once more, performing their routine that won gold.
As the competition for the title of Mr. and Ms. LS Cup continued, the reigning Mr. and Ms. LS Cup 2024, adorned the runway and shared their wisdom to the title aspirants.
Former Ms. LS Cup, Cameron Rian Uy, highlighted the importance of bravery and authenticity in the face of challenges.
“Setbacks are never failures. They are the opportunities for growth that we often overlook,” Uy said.
In the final curtain-call, Mr. Yousef Lance Aquino of Underland was proclaimed the new descendant of the Mr. LS Cup crown, while Ms. Jhonalynne Uy brought the Ms. LS Cup tiara to the currents of Terebinthia’s domain.
Despite Calormen not receiving any of the pageant titles, they reigned supreme as the true heirs of the golden trophy, with Terebinthia pushed to rule the silver coasts. Archenland claimed enough medals to build a bronze fortress and Underland descended to last place.
