Lipasallians clamor in excitement as league frontrunners echoed their chants to declare their respective colleges’ arrival in Lasallian Cup 2026 under the theme “Igniting the Flame, Rising Together” at De La Salle Lipa (DLSL) Sentrum, Sept. 28.
Carrying the pride of their enclaves, the collegiate representatives hustled at the ceremonial torch lighting and jump ball ritual that signified the outset of the fiery conquest.
Furthermore, Southeast Asian (SEA) Games 2025 Taekwondo Men’s Freestyle Poomsae Gold Medalist Justin Kobe Macario underscored the importance of perseverance and consistency throughout preparations.
“Yung pinaka-important part is that you still show up and you don’t give up. You cannot control the results, but you can control your preparations,” Macario shared.
Meanwhile, the Mr. and Ms. Lasallian Cup candidates enthralled the crowd through their grooves as part of the opening act of the coveted title.
Reigning over rival colonies, the prowling CON Antlers seized the first gold of the league in the modern dance category, succeeded by CBEAM Hunters clinching silver, CIHJEAS Avians settling at bronze, and CITE Mighty Roar finishing in fourth.
Several competitions such as ball games, field sports, E-sports, and Latin Dance are set to embark tomorrow, Sept. 29.
